Payment Policy

meccagift accepts the payment methods listed below for orders placed on meccagift.com. All transactions are processed in United States dollars.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• PayPal

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. If a payment method is not listed above, it cannot be used at checkout.

Currency and Pricing

All product prices and shipping charges are displayed in United States dollars. Shipping is free for orders shipped within the United States. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged. We do not add handling fees, processing fees, or payment surcharges at checkout.

If your card or PayPal account is denominated in another currency, your bank or PayPal will convert the amount using its own exchange rate. meccagift does not control that rate and does not charge a separate currency conversion fee.

When Payment Is Taken

Payment is authorized and captured when you place your order. We do not offer cash on delivery, layaway, or payment upon invoice. Orders are not processed until payment has been successfully completed.

If your payment is declined, the order will not be created or processed. You may place a new order with a different payment method. We do not hold inventory for orders with failed payments.

Payment Security

Checkout is encrypted with SSL. Card data is handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. meccagift does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. For more information about how we handle personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Billing Information

The billing address you enter must match the address on file with your payment provider. If the billing address does not match, the payment may be declined. If your payment is declined, contact your bank or card issuer to verify your billing information before trying again.

No Additional Fees

We do not charge a surcharge for using any accepted payment method. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is free within the United States, and there is no minimum order requirement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, it generally takes 7–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or PayPal. Refund processing at our end takes 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For return eligibility and instructions, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when the order ships. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment is taken, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
